As I am a lone worker, for health and safety reasons, I will share details of your name, address and contact number with my husband by text message, when meeting you in your home for the first time, after which the information will be deleted from both devises.

By law, I must keep basic client information including contact, identity, financial and transaction data for a period of six years, after finishing working with you, for tax purposes. After this period, your data will be deleted from all devises, and any physical paperwork will be shredded.
I will stay in touch with my clients during the duration of the time we are working together to confirm appointments, which will include by phone, text or email.
