Covid-19 Compliance Policy and Procedures


This document describes the terms by which ClutterClear Solutions will be happy to help you during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This has been produced to ensure that I am continuing to follow government guidelines to reduce risk while working with clients in their homes. My objective is to reduce risk to the lowest reasonably practicable level, by taking preventative measures.


This document may be amended subject to any changes within government recommendations.


General Principals


  • I cannot work in a household which is isolating because one or more family members have symptoms, or where an individual has been advised to shield.

  • I will only work in a household where someone is clinically vulnerable, but has not been asked to shield, if social distancing and general cleanliness measures can be adhered to.

  • I will communicate these guidelines with clients, prior to my visit, to discuss how work will be carried out to minimise risks for all parties.


Risk Statement


  • In undertaking any work for a client, where social distancing cannot be adhered to,  I will wear a face covering.

  • Additionally, I may wear gloves, while I am in your property, and would ask that the property is kept well ventilated with open windows where possible.

  • I will be mindful of general cleanliness, including good hand hygiene, and I will bring my own sanitiser, cleansing wipes, and towel.

  • All my clothing will be freshly laundered for each visit.

  • I will keep each session to a maximum of 3 hours.

  • I will bring my own refreshments.

  • The morning before I attend your home, I will call you to confirm that there has been no change to yours or my situation.


Client Engagement Declaration


As a client of Jackie Conlan of ClutterClear Solutions, I agree that I will:-


  • Inform Jackie in advance of the appointment if I have any symptoms of Covi-19, or have been in contact with other people who have displayed symptoms.

  • Maintain a 2m distance from Jackie at all times where possible.

  • Leave internal doors where we will be working open, to minimise Jackie's contact with door handles.

  • Abide by the guidelines issued by Jackie Conlan of ClutterClear Solutions.


I confirm that the information provided above is correct and should there be any changes, that I will notify you immediately. I also understand that the work is being undertaken at my request, and that in the event of either party being diagnosed as being Covid-19 positive, that, provided both parties have adhered to the above, that no liability will be accepted / assumed by either myself, as the client, or by Jackie Conlan
